MyCity311 facilitates community reporting and works to establish partnerships with city governments to route reports to the appropriate departments. However, unless your city has a formal, active partnership agreement with MyCity311, reports submitted through this app are not automatically forwarded to city staff.

MyCity311 is actively working to establish formal partnerships with city governments across the United States. Cities with active partnerships will be clearly identified within the app. For all other cities, MyCity311 operates as a community-driven reporting tool only.
